About 34 thousand votes. These are the numbers of participants in the initiative of L'Espresso Food & Wine where readers have chosen a selection of 12 recipes designed by chef Alessandro Borghese to be proposed by the team Med in Italy during the final competition in Madrid!

These are the most voted recipes of the menu: Microtube parmesan as a starter , a first dish of Norm-Ale, mullet caviar Amaranth, and a cake stuffed with figs, hazelnuts and candied orange.

In its menu, which will be an active part in the competition Solar Decathlon Europe 2012, MED in Italy promotes a sustainability-oriented and Mediterranean lifestyle.
