The official application of Med in Italy was released!
MedInItaly 1.0 was released on the AppStore for iPad, the Free Application demo MED in Italy project - The sustainable mediterran house made by the engineer Mattia Campolese in collaboration with the Architect Marta Pellegrini.
MedInItaly 1.0 is the official application Med in Italy with the ability to create their own home.
Choose your home directly with your iPad and enjoy the view as it will be. You can choose between insulation materials like EPS, wood wool, rock wool, cellulose, fiberglass. You may decide the mass to insert within the wall between sand, pebbles, rubble, pozzolana. Then, chosen the composition of the inner layers of the wall you can choose the coating material between the strips of brick, stone, plaster, wood, linen and plate. And then you can display your choices regarding solar panels, and you have the chance to see the different configurations depending on whether you opt for silicon panels, CIS in green or red dots, and patterns of CIS panels with black stripes or white. The different choices are related by the inclusion of the price per square meter of the house which is modified according to the choices. It 'also possible to export the configuration chosen in a PDF file or send it by mail. "
