18 April 2012 - Chiara Tonelli at Innovation Day - Biella
On Wednesday 18thof April The Innovation Day will take place in Biella (Italy)
Innovation Day it's an event dedicated to further research conducted by others Innovation Poles that works in the textile sector, in Italy or abroad, and by Poles dealing with technologies synergistic with textiles.
Innovation Day is also and mainly a chance to meet personally the key palyers of researc hes of potential interest to the textile industry.
The main goal of Innovation Day is therefore to stimulate ideas and open new contacts which could be results in innovation projects.
In this particular episode the topic “Textile Buildings? New applications and materials for sustainable living” will be discussed.
The conference will be carried on by the Roma Tre University, leader of the Med in Italy project that will participate at the next Solar Decathlon 2012 ( first italian participation) and the Lucerna University, which is specialized in the research on textile walls.
At the event will take part Chiara Tonelli, our Faculty Advisor, who will promote innovative uses of the textile in the building industry.
