draft in solar radiation

Orienting our dwelling places in the right direction is very important to justify their position in the area and to document a design path which strives for the most comfortable and practical architecture as well as its beauty.

In this second step of the design we’ve positioned our dwelling place in the area. In fact we’ve used Vasari program to chose the better place for each parallelepiped both in light and shadow analyse and in solar radiation one. It’s important that these pure forms don’t run counter to each other. And in this Vasari had helped us in a very accurate way.

For this second drill we’ve taken the advantage of the fact that it was split up in two and first we’ve analysed the contest of our area of interest. We’ve created a not high plate because the general plan is to make a dig like an hole where we want to design the public space. Our architecture want to create a strain conflict between this natural space and the dwelling place which will be a very clear pure form “suspended in midair”.

In these last month I’ve attended classes trying to find a solution to my problem without any positive solution so I’ve worked by using Jessica’s computer in spite of the fact we’re designing together. I think it won’t be a problem.

I've used Project Vasari to create simple solid but first I've had a technical hitch to put the location as background, it showed me nothing. Consequently I went ahead and I made use of some solid comand and while I was doing that I created some interesting figures. But at the end I've found some other problems to save it and now, if I select it to show you, the selected file cannot be uploaded and I don't know how to work outthe problem. Sorry.
