2° Esercitazione LAB_6 Analisi radiazione solare Mirco Ciambotta (Ciampino, Via Firenze)

Goal of the second exercise was to see how the solar radiation hits my building. To do this, I created on the 3d model, the objects, protruding elements and openings, windows, that affect the solar radiation of the building. Regarding the extruded elements, I selected the solid taken into account and with the command "EDIT IN PLACE" I modified the solid with "CREATE FORM" command I created the balconies and once completed I clicked "FINISH MASS". I repeated the same operation for the windows, that is: "EDIT IN PLACE" -> "CREATE FORM" , to create the opening I used the "VOID FORM" command then "FINISH MASS". Finally I set the solar radiation both in winter and in summer, to see how the protrusions and openings affect the building, noting that the areas less affected by solar radiation are the areas where degradation occurs.
