In this second exercise we should study and evaluate the solar radiation which is under our building. Unfortunately the program does not work on my pc and I am forced to work on the computer of my group mate on but not working the command "Solar Radiation"(we can't click on!!). I tried to play the exercise, though incomplete and late.
I considered my building at 14:00 pm of summer and winter solstice. From the pictures it can be seen that all the wall are sufficiently lit, except the north facade and the east facade. To control the level of insolation of the two sides have made a second check for each of the two sides at various hours during the summer solstice. As regards the north facade i checked receives only light from 8:00 to 10:00 in the morning, while for the rest of the day remains in the shadows. It will be likely that this surface wall suffers damage as smearingdue to humidity and posting of the plaster.
As regards the east facade, from the check, you can seehow this receives many more hours of light. It is lit all hours of he morning until 12:00 am, a sufficient period of time to avoid damage to the facade.
