The project site is located in an area between Viale Trastevere, Via Portuense and Via degli Orti di Cesare, it is close to the Stazione Trastevere, one of the main stations of the city, and proximity to two important trade routes: Viale Trastevere and Via G. Marconi.

Currently the area where the site is located, belongs to the District XV of Rome. This is a complex area, characterized by the intense traffic, especially in the morning, and with a considerable noise pollution.

Given the complexity of the lot, it was given the opportunity to concentrate the project in one of two distinct parts (red and purple perimeter). We chose the red perimeter that has an area of 1800 mq.

Our Project must include:

• 1500/2000 mq of services

• 3000 mq for the apartments with 20% of distributional space.

1. 40 alloggi ad albergo (20-25 mq a stanza, per un totale di 800 mq)

    

2. 40 mini-alloggi (30-35 mq, per un totale di 1200 mq)

    

3. 20 alloggi (45-55 mq, per un totale di 1000 mq)

Procedure

1. For our analysis we started following the steps of our first two assignment
2. Rename and create new levels
3. Divide the project mass using the levels
4. Analyze costs and benefits
5. Analyze Shadow and Solar Radiation

The East facades take the morning light, as less warm lightand, therefore do not give problem, unlike those in the west, taking the warmer light, from noon to sunset.
