Like in choosing the location, also in the analysis of the Energy Model and Parameters, I found difficulties due to a bad configuration of my Vasari (or in my laptop).
Like the last time the software say to me to connect my computer when I press the "Analyze mass model" button.
And tying later.
Here in particular we can notice that my computer is connected to a wireless net!!!
Then I tried to use a different model which I created in another computer and consequently imported on my notebook. But this didn't give positive end, in fact when I wanted to study some tabs for consumptions of the building I found:
I exported my model on another pc to make the analysis, there I noticed that the "results and compare" button show only the result of an old analysis, then if you had modified your model later, you need to direct another analysis.
I decided to work in different views, so that I can improve my work making different hypothesis. To make this I duplicated the view (which I can see in a small panel on the left).
Sequently by using "Energy settings" button I created two different models. One with only windows, and the other one where glazing is shaded (for a depth of almost a meter).
(The former)
(The latter)
From the results of the analysis I found that with a simple modification I decreased the energy cost.
In particular from $ 352431 (€ 281290) in the first case, to $ 337885 (€ 269585) in the last one.
In prticular, considering Italian energy costs, above all for the electricity (9 cent/KWh instead of 28 calculated in the software) I could calculate the cost of the electricity (ONLY).
_first case from € 212647 to € 86877
_second case from € 201181 to € 82193
All the dates are considered on one year time.
