Med in Italy al Saie 2012

SAIE always takes care of issues related to innovation and their promotion to the wider public, building a bridge between pure research, market and application site. In this vision we find People meet innovation, a selected exhibition of materials systems and solutions,that, through real samples, models and movies, offers the opportunity to look beyond the line of the present to see what awaits us in the near future .
 

In SAIE People meet  innovation, SAIE visitors are given the opportunity to meet the built Innovation, through the products, technologies, systems and processes that experiment innovative paths in the practicalities of building: construction, housing evolved, social housing, sustainable recovery and restoration, but also to know by real MED in Italy, the first Italian prototype of a high building energy performance, conducted by the University Roma Tre and third place winner of the prestigious international competition Solar Decathlon.

The house Med in Italy, during the days of the fair will be open and will be illustrated through guided tours by members of the Team. Click here to view the program.

Also, Saturdaythe 20th of October, from 14.30 to 18 (room GREENSOLAR, Hall 22) will be host the conference, held by arch. Chiara Tonelli, entitled "Med in Italy at the Solar Decathlon 2012"
For the first time a Mediterranean home of the Olympics' green architecture.
