2nd exercise: study of the influence of the solar radiation in the building (analysed in the 1st exercise) situated in Via G. Lazzati 185,00166 rome
Firstly I added on the facade exposed to south semicicrcular balconies and verandas where the entry of the building is.Looking better,the veranda is one meter above from the level (0.00). Then I added to the 1st floor like a veranda(looking to the upload pic you can see that the windows of the 1st floor are two meters back comparing the surface of the whole facade.
to create the space for verandas/windows I used the command 'void form'.

The facade (A) looks to the south,solar radiation shine constantly from sunrise til sunset. There aren't obstacles, trees,buidings etc. that create shadow on thi facade (that's why I didn't add the outstanding plants in front of the semicircular balconies in the courtyard).
The two bed rooms at 1st floor and the kitchen (with the semicircular balcony) and the entry of the house are exposed to south;
in winter the low exposition of the sun allows that the solar warm radiation shines directly inside the house,in summer because of the 'veranda/balcony' at 1 st floor shadows is create despite of the south exposition of this rooms.
