The project area is located in Terni near the Matteotti Village. Our task is to build a residential complex and create ways desired by Terni prg.
First of all we are going to modify the curves share. click on it and we can change the height and rename.
This will help us to shape more easily and automatically insert the floors in buildings.
1° HYPOTHESIS:
The first hypothesis is based on buildings that maintain the same orientation of the village matteotti. we want to create enclosed environments, private. area A, in the north, it relates to a square designed northwest. area B, in the south, it relates to a road laid down by prg.
Shading Analysis:
We analyze how the project is illuminated in the summer and winter solstice.
SUMMER SOLTICE:
Est view at 8:00 South view at 12:00
West view at 17:00
WINTER SOLSTICE:
Est view at 8:00 South view at 12:00
West view at 17:00
Solar Radiation:
Now we go to analayze the solar radiation of the project. We select multi-day for summer and winter period.
Sud view in Summer
Sud view in winter
From the pictures we can see that in the summer the facades are quite "cool", but in winter are irragiate enough (good news).
Other parameters:
On project browser rename the buildings of the two areas by defining them "Residenze area A" and "Residenze area B"
Now we go on Manage and click Schedules. Than select "Mass" end click OK.
We enter the schedules properties, let's add the following parameters by clicking on it and pressing "add":
Count, Description, Family, Gross floor Area, Gross Surface Area amd Gross Volume
Now we click on caluclated values. We create a parameter that calculates the number of housing of our buildings as in the picture. We hypothesized that the accommodation is 80 square meters.
We create an additional parameter that makes the division between volume and surface.
Before you click ok go to formatting, select "Numero Alloggi", click on format field and put on unit symbol to none.
Now click Ok. The result is in this picture.
2° HYPOTHESIS:
The second hypothesis is similar in the central part but it goes to create private spaces larger
Shading Analysis:
We analyze how the project is illuminated in the summer and winter solstice.
SUMMER SOLTICE:
Est view at 8:00 South view at 12:00
West view at 17:00
WINTER SOLSTICE:
Est view at 8:00 South view at 12:00
West view at 17:00
Solar Radiation:
Now we go to analayze the solar radiation of the project. We select multi-day for summer and winter period.
Sud view in Summer
Sud view in Winter
In this hypothesis from the pictures we can see that in the summer the facades are quite "cool", but in winter are irragiate enough (good news),too.
Other parameters:
Redo all the proceedings of the first hypothesis and the result is this:
