 Solar Radiation study from 01/01/2010 to 31/12/2010 made by using the "Average" setting of the solar radiation panel.

This study allows us to understand that the exposition to the sunlight is not very positive during winter, but this is partly balanced by a quite good summer exposure.

Annual "Peak" situation: from 01/01/2010 to 31/12/2010

After the first analysis, we decided to make an attempt of changing the project in order to improve the solar radiation effect on the east facade.

So we added balconies to get a better shading during summer and maintain a good sunshine on winter.

During summer the east facade is well shaded, as we desired.

Conversely during winter the situation is not as good as we thought, so perhaps we have to find a better solution.
