The studied area is located in Viale di Villa Pamphili, in Monteverde Vecchio district (Rm). The analysis of the shadows refers to the building  in Viale di Villa Pamphili 61. This building is an irregular volume and it is composed by six floor and  has a garden on the ground floor, at the street level.  The shadow analysis deals with  the study of the west front in different moments of the day. The pictures were taken in the day March 15, 2014 at strategic times : at 8.30 a.m. , 1.00 p.m., and then at 6.00 p.m.

This second exercize deals with the analysis of solar radiation. Unfortunately the program Vasari doesn’t work very well on my pc because I can’t click on “Solar Radiation”, but I’ve tried the same to do my exercise. I studied the building at 2.00 p.m. in the winter solstice and summer solstice. Looking the image the north-est facade seems to be  always in the shadows so it would be probably to find elements of degradation and stains.

Salve siamo Irene Carpaneto e Giulia Anulli e abbiamo problemi nel completare la seconda consegna. Prima di tutto il tasto "SOLAR RADIATION" è spento e non abbiamo nessuna possibilità di accenderlo e poterci cliccare. Inoltre quando andiamo a fare le finestre ci da errore. La procedura che seguiamo è questa: Model --> Set --> Work Plane--> Pick a plane--> seleziono la facciata --> Create mass -->Create form -->Void Form . E' giusta? Grazie mille in anticipo
