MANAGE - PROJECT UNITS
1 step: choose location:
ANALYZE – LOCATION - IMPORT SITE LOCATION
2 step: create masses:
MODEL - CREATE MASS - FINISH MASS
3step: create a form
CREATE A FORM -EDIT DIMENSION LENGTH
4 step: mass floors:
MODIFY - MODIFY MASS - MASS FLOOR
5 step: sun and shadows
MANAGE - SUN SETTINGS – SUN PATH ON-SHADOWS ON
ENABLE ENERGY MODEL
6 step: compare the shadows with a pic one of the location

Dopo essermi importata la pianta del lotto interessato, ho creato il modello 3D del mio palazzo e di quelli nelle vicinanze, stando attenta ovviamente a inserire le adeguate altezze.

In this post I'm going to explain the procedure I followed to create a 3d model on Project Vasari and to show the shading due to sunlight in different periods of the day.
First I chose a location (Rome, Italy) and a weather station, then I imported the map of the area on the ground level.
