We'll create and shape a plane tree, located near our project area.

The plane is a big tree that reaches 30-40 m in height. The trunk is straight, slender, cylindrical. The diameter of the trunk is generally about 2 m, but can exceed 4 m. The wood is reddish-pink to diffuse porosity, with a pronounced grain.

DEVELOPMENT

At first, I created a new family (new conceptual mass -->mass). Then I set up the unit in centimeter, because the tree is small enough. 

I created and nominated more level planes, that they'll be my reference planes.

I chose the basis level for make the trunk circumference, then I wrote a vertical segment in the center of the circumference, included in the first two level, that will be the reference line for creating the trunk (proprieties --> identity data --> is reference line).

I selected the reference line and the circumference and with command "create form" I extruded the trunk mass.

With a second vertical line incluted in beginning foliage/ ending trunk plane and ending foliage plane, I wrote two others circumferences in extremities.

With command "create mass", it made a cone foliage.

I added more planes and I imposted the "x- ray view"

Then I shaped the intermediate circumferences for create my favourite tree form.
