Per studiare il nostro territorio di progetto abbiamo inanzitutto creato il modello 3d come nelle precedenti esercitazioni.

The project is located near the Trastevere railway station in Rome. In a site that have a difference in height of 6-7 meters in total. There is no slope, but a sudden gap that makes designing a bulding in this area a difficult task. This peculiar morphology is a result of the proximity of the Gianicolo hill, to the west of Viale di Trastevere, and a depression created by the Tevere river to the east of the area.

The project is about residences integrated by social and commercial services in Terni near “Villaggio Matteotti” of Giancarlo de Carlo.
The area is currently free, located in the suburbs of the city at the border of the countryside.
Two different residential areas are thought (A and B) divided by a tree-lined street of new construction.

Laboratorio 6B-Palmieri-Zona di studio in zona Ostiense, via del Porto Fluviale
L'area di studio presa in considerazione è su via del Porto Fluviale e presenta un sito archeologico a 3,5 metri sotto il livello stradale. Bisogna realizzare in quest'area delle residenze per un totale di 2800 mq e spazi di negozi e ateliers per un totale di 500 mq.
