the project area is located in via del porto fluviale near the river and the ex industrial area. Is characterized by two different areas wher i positioned my three buildings.

Nella terza esercitazione abbiamo confrontato due ipotesi di progetto.
L'area considerata si trova a Terni nei pressi del villaggio Matteotti di De Carlo.
L'ipotesi prevede la divisione del lotto in due aree destinate dal PRG a due tipi di costruzioni differenti. Una prevede degli edifici in linea sul modello del Matteotti e che abbia un rapporto con la strada diretto, la seconda, invece, la creazione di un complesso di edifici che creino una corte-piazza.
