The project involves a group of houses located in Terni adjacent to the village of Matteotti Giancarlo De Carlo. It’s an open area at the edge of the countryside in a suburban condition,  intended by the Master Plan to be an area of  new expansion. The project area is located between the Matteotti Village in the West side, an area devoted to services (especially schools) in the North-West, a neighborhood PEEP in the North - East and a large rural area in the South side.

Il progetto che stiamo studiando prevede la realizzazione di una residenza temporanea,  una struttura destinata ad essere abitata per periodi non troppo lunghi da gente diversa con esigenze diverse.  Al suo interno dovrà accogliere fondamentalmente due tipi di spazi:  abitazioni private temporanee e spazi con servizi comuni.

The project site is located in an area between Viale Trastevere, Via Portuense and Via degli Orti di Cesare, characterized by a height difference of 7 meters from the road surface of the Stazione Trastevere. The area is an important hub for the road, as the meeting point of different districts, one of Monteverde and Trastevere Marconi.
