Il pino domestico (Pinus pinea ) è un albero della famiglia delle Pinacee, diffuso nel bacino del Mediterraneo, in particolare sulle coste settentrionali, dove forma vasti 

La sughera ha un portamento arboreo, con altezza che può raggiungere i 20 metri e chioma lassa ed espansa. La vita media è di 250-300 anni, diminuisce negli esemplari sfruttati per il sughero. In Italia vegeta nella sottozona calda e media del Lauretum spingendosi fino ai 900 metri d'altitudine in alcune zone della Sicilia e della Sardegna sud-occidentale. È particolarmente diffusa in Sardegna e in Sicilia, lungo la fascia costiera meridionale della Toscana  e nelle limitrofe aree pianeggianti e collinari della Maremma Grossetana ; risulta più sporadica nel Lazio e in Puglia.

I decided to study the tangerine because I have it in my garden. First I analyzed the dimensions of the log, of the branches and of the foliage. As it can be seen on the foto the log is not very tall in fact it's 71 cm high and the branches indeed take the greater part of the height (110 cm). The foliage is 154 cm high and it enlarges til having a 400 cm of diameter. I didn't know how to represent the branches but I create a shape that shows them in a conceptual way.
