VASARI

For the 2nd exercise I had to add more details on my building such as openings and projections. The file is more complex than the one I used for the 1st exercise. In order to have these additional details I have used thecommands EDIT IN PLACE and VOID FORM.  After completing the 3D model I have created a basic plan in order to analyze the results on the ground.

I used the same 3D model that I created for the first exercise. 

In this second exercise, I have studied my building and, in particular, my room's facade to calculate the solar radiation.  For this reason, I have added some elements that I think will be decisive for the study of the solar radiation: the ledge, the balconies and a part of the front jutting out from the rest.

Come analizzato nella precedente esercitazione, ho approfondito le problematiche causate dalle facciate est ed ovest del mio edificio. Come visto in precedenza durante il periodo invernale la facciata ed est rimane poco esposta alle radiazione solari con la conseguente formazione di vegetazione nel cortile interno. Per quanto riguarda la facciata ad ovest durante il periodo invernale ed estivo, i risultati dell'analisi comulativa sono abbastanza equilibrati.

PROCEDIMENTO

• Aggiungo elementi come balconi, rientranze ecc. al modello 3D della scorsa esercitazione (MODIFY FORM-CREATE FORM);
• Attivo l’analisi della radiazione solare (ANALYZE-SOLAR RADIATION);
• Seleziono le superfici che voglio analizzare e cambio l’unità di misura;
• Scelgo il periodo che mi interessa per l’analisi (Multi-day,ecc.);
