As a second exercise we were asked to study the solar radiation hitting our house.
To the first model, made with Vasari, were added elements that could change the comfort in the building.
At the "base" of the palace are some places above commercial premises which are built homes. So the structure is formed by two blocks of different sizes, the smallest and the largest at the base above which mocks the underlying part.

Premessa
La palazzina ha una pianta quadrata, con i quattro lati orientato NO/NE/SE/SO. La distribuzione interna degli appartamenti è organizzata per sfruttare al massimo i benefici dell'orientamento in relazione alla funzione degli spazi: principalmente zona giorno, zona notte, zona servizi.

INTRODUCTION
The expositionto to solar radiof my building is the subject of my second exercise. In my work i focused on the pure volume and all the elements (for instance roof, balconies and so on) that influenced the project. The study is developed with reference to winter and summer time, the most critic periods concerning light and heat control

Nello studio della radiazione solare ho scelto di analizzarne gli effetti, nelle facciate Nord-Est e Sud-Ovest del mio edificio, durante il periodo invernale e quello estivo.
Partendo dalla facciata Nord-Est (a cui ho aggiunto gli aggetti dei corpi scala degli appartamenti duplex all’ultimo piano e le rientranze dei balconi) notiamo come essa risulti scarsamente irraggiata sia nel periodo invernale che in quello estivo.
