ComponenteDevoto_2009 summary

ComponenteDevoto is the former name for a project come out of TecnicheParametriche2009 course. Course indeed has an agreement with DevotoArredamenti, a furniture business in cisterna di latina (IT), for fabricating best design come out of an internal competition within the course.

Marco Mondello's project won the competition and a real scale prorotype is currently fabricated and it is waiting for a campaign of acoustic analysis supported by both UniRoma3 Facoltà di Architettura and Buro Happold.

This project is about design and fabrication of passive acoustic sitting aimed at improving acoustic performances of people who sit in it. 

Project started on november 2009
