The last meeting with mr.Devoto made me think about a possible design of my chair.
I'm working on the diffusive hypotesis at the moment (as mr.Devoto wants).
The idea came from a cave next to Syracuse, whose name is orecchio di Dioniso (Dioniso's Hear). This cave is in part natural in part human made, that's because of its unbeliavable acoustic performances: the legend is about Dioniso, tyrant of Siracusa, who imprisoned his enemies in this cave, because from the outside he had the possibility to capture every single whisper. Modern heraing aids has the orecchio's same shape.
In fact this his true, because of the particular propriety of a solid corner: in a corner of an ambient, the sound arrives in phase. This phenomen, called acoustic loading, is the reason for which when we get a call and go talking in the corner, people in the room perfectly understand what we say understand what we say; it's beacuse of the acoustic loading that it's efficient to put a dolby sorround system in the corners of a room.
Altough I think it won't be possible to emulate Dioniso's hear phenomena, I want to use its shape, meaning and, if possible, proprieties. I'll still be using RPGs
Therefore, i need to produce 3 family models (left,Right, sitting). Here it is the first.
_right
The left element has a vertical vibration, due to the combination of different spines connected together by one or two steel elements (the one mr.Devoto proposed for Stefano Guarnieri). The first spines and the last bear the whole system.
At the moment I'm a little bit worried about the costructive system, because i don't know wheter the section is too thin somewhere, and t could break itself (i imagine the steel bar to bear and compress everithing).
I wish i could mill the wodd vertically to obtain Rpgs' grooves, but I need to know wheter mr.Devoto's machineries are able to do a work similar to the one in picture, considering that the thinnest part should be maximum 4mm thick.
I publish my family and his own assembly: at the moment it is manual, since i've not made the macro work yet (i'm publishing is as well)
